That is the answer for: “Russian writing tutorial request”. No video today. But usefull stuff with lot’s of pictures.

The letter I’ve got with Russian writing tutorial request:
I’ve just started teaching myself Russian this week, and I have found some excellent resources online that help me with learning it, but there is one thing I cannot find help with, and that is how to write Russian with a pen and paper. I am getting better at the alphabet and reading and pronouncing letters (though I probably still sound like a baby!). One thing that helps me learn is writing with my hands more than typing on a computer. I do not know how most of the Russian characters are written by hand, and I do not want to develop a bad habit. I do not know if you would be able to do this, but if you could develop writing examples for the Russian alphabet, how they are all written by hand, it would greatly help me learn, and hopefully be useful for others attempting to learn your interesting language!

I must also say thank you very much for your tutorials, I understand you’re not used to teaching, but you are doing a great thing helping people learn it. Thank you very much.

So here are few samples of written by hand russian letters.

Here we will remember how to pronounce Russian letters and how to read Russian words.
We will try to read few examples of Russian words.

Also you will learn how to use words in plural form. For example word “книга” means a book – and word “книги” means books. “И” or “Ы” is used at the end of the word for plural form (in English we use letter “s” for this purpose).
